“Theresia Kurnadi is an architect-turned-real estate investor with more than two decades of experience managing complex design and construction projects across the United States. After years of building spaces for others, Theresia turned her focus to building wealth—first for her family, and then for others seeking financial freedom. In 2015, she founded Golden Section Properties, a real estate investment company focused on repositioning undervalued multifamily properties in emerging U.S. markets. Drawing on her background in design and construction, she applies a strategic lens to underwriting, acquisition, and asset management.
